DIRECTORS DEALING

The Company has been notified today that Nirj Deva (Chairman) and Nicolas Clavel (Non-executive) purchased ordinary shares of 1 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:-

Following these purchases, Nirj Deva is interested in 313,294 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.25 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and Nicolas Clavel is interested in 500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.39 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

As a result of the above transactions, Directors' shareholding now totals 18,105,742 Ordinary Shares equating to 14.16% of the issued share capital.
