Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc ("Symphony" or "Company") announces that it received a notification from Ian Bristow on 11 June 2010 that his Self Invested Personal Pension fund has acquired 93,947 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company. The price paid for the shares was 10.578 pence per share, in aggregate £9,937.71.

Following the share purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company beneficially held by Ian Bristow is 1,019,765 representing approximately 0.87 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
