Holding(s) in Company
Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc (AIM: SYM), global specialists in "making plastic smarter", with d2w biodegradable, d2p anti-microbial and d2t anti-counterfeiting technologies, has today received notification that Somerston Environmental Technologies Limited ("Somerston"), a subsidiary of the Somerston Group, purchased 1,250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and is now interested in 22,250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.37 per cent. of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
The direct holding of Shaun Robinson, non-executive director of the Company, remains as 7,737,888 Ordinary Shares, as previously announced on 24 December 2014. Shaun Robinson however, also has an indirect beneficial interest in the Company due to his personal shareholding in Somerston. His combined direct and indirect beneficial interest represents 10,203,938 Ordinary Shares, being 7.1 per cent. of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company. By virtue of his shareholding in Somerston, Shaun Robinson also has an indirect beneficial interest in 893,110 warrants over Ordinary Shares, exercisable at 15p per share.
