Issue of Share Options
Symphony Plastic Technologies, the degradable plastics company, announces the
following share option grants at an exercise price of 12 pence per 1p ordinary
share under the Company's Share Option Schemes:
Nirj Deva 350,000 shares
Keith Frener 350,000 shares
Michael Stephens 350,000 shares
Ian Bristow 350,000 shares
Michael Laurier 550,000 shares
Allan Blacher 476,666 shares
With the exception of Nirj Deva, all previous options held by the above have
been released.
