Result of the Annual General Meeting held on 19 April 2011

The Company wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 19 April 2011, with respect to the ordinary resolutions set out in the notice of AGM dated 26 March 2011:

1.             The resolution "To receive the annual report, which includes the financial statements, for the year ended 31 December 2010." was duly passed.

2.             The resolution "To authorise the Company to make market purchases of its own Shares." was withdrawn.
