Notice of Preliminary Results

Southampton, UK, 3^rd March 2016: Synairgen plc (LSE: SNG), the respiratory drug discovery and development company, will issue its preliminary results for the twelve month period ended 31^st December 2015 on Tuesday 22^nd March 2016.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 9:30am at the offices of finnCap at 60 New Broad St, London EC2M 1JJ.
