London, 12 December 2005 - DAT, an international developer and provider of
mobile device management and synchronisation solutions, announces that following
an Extraordinary General Meeting held on Thursday 8 December 2005, it has
changed its name to Synchronica plc.

Effective today, the new stock code for Synchronica plc (formerly DAT Group plc)
will be SYNC.
