Resignation and Appointment of Company Secretary
Synchronica plc ("the Company"), the international provider of next-generation mobile messaging services, advises a change of the Company Secretary in order to formally complete the listing of Synchronica on the TSXV. Arthur Phillips has resigned from the position as company secretary, but will remain assistant company secretary until he is approved by TSXV to act as the Company Secretary. In the meantime Synchronica´s CFO, Angus Dent, will be the Company Secretary.
The Company expects the bid for iseemedia inc to close successfully at 5.00pm EST today and the Company will update the market accordingly.
