Synchronica plc, the AIM listed mobile email, instant messaging and data synchronisation provider, announces that the acquisition of the IMPS Instant Messaging business of Colibria has now completed and the admission of additional New Ordinary Shares in the Company as detailed in the announcement made and circular sent to shareholders on 31 March 2010 has concluded.
