In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, BACIT Limited announces that Mr Colin Maltby, a Director, has informed the Company of the following:

That with effect from 17 January 2013 BlackRock Absolute Return Strategies Limited (of which Mr Maltby is a Director) will cease to be listed on the London Stock Exchange, following shareholder approval for the cancellation of the listing.  Mr Maltby will continue to be a Director of BlackRock Absolute Return Strategies Limited, which is undertaking a managed wind down.
