Synchronica plc (AIM: SYNC) (TSX Venture: SYN), the international provider of next-generation mobile messaging services announces that Angus Dent, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 800,000 Synchronica ordinary 15p shares at a price of 6.125p per share.

Mr Dent completed the transaction on 30 November 2011 and he now holds a total of 1,000,708 Synchronica ordinary shares, representing 0.63 percent of voting rights within the Company.
