Notification of Major Interests in Shares

Notification in accordance with Section 198 - 203 of the Companies Act 1985

The Company received a notification on 3 February from Tim Carmichael informing
it that he no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.

Tim Carmichael is a co-founder of the company and his reduction of holdings was
part of a process agreed by the Company whereby he will raise funds for his own
non-mobile interests outside of the Company.
