DAT Group received notification on 4 August 2005 that, as at close of business
on 3 August 2005, J O Hambro Capital Management Limited was interested in
722,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 3.86% of the
total issued share capital.



The total holding of 722,000 shares in which all parties are interested includes
a non-material interest for the purposes of Section 199 2A Companies Act 1985 of
560,382 Ordinary shares in which a Limited Liability Partnership owned by J O
Hambro Capital Management Group Limited is interested as investment manager of
an undertaking for collective investments in transferable securities (UCITS).
