Notification of Major Interests in Shares

Notification in accordance with Section 198 - 203 of the Companies Act 1985


The Company received a notification from Gartmore Investment Limited on behalf
of Gartmore Smaller Companies Trust plc, informing it that by virtue of a sale
of 206,721 shares at 17.9p per share on 28 July 2006, they now have a reportable
interest in 1,023,102 shares, representing 2.81% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
