First Purchase Order from Group-Wide Framework Agreement
European subsidiary of major telecom operator group signs up for Mobile Gateway
Synchronica plc (AIM: SYNC), the mobile email and synchronisation specialist, announces that following its recent group-wide framework agreement with a major mobile operator group, it has received the first purchase order from a European subsidiary of the group.
Synchronica will receive a professional services fees of €46,000 for customisation and integration of its Mobile Gateway product, then subsequent fees as agreed in the framework agreement; a one-time activation fee of €1 per user, plus an annual subscription fee of up to €2.64 per user and yearly support fees.
Synchronica´s mobile email and synchronisation software will greatly enhance the offering of the operator group, which has over 100 million subscribers worldwide. The Company expects this first order will be followed shortly by others within the fast growth markets of Eastern Europe, the CIS and South East Asia, where the operator has a substantial network.
Carsten Brinkschulte, CEO of Synchronica plc, said: "We are pleased to see the first subsidiary ordering Mobile Gateway and we are looking forward to a quick roll-out throughout the group as the framework agreement effectively eliminates the sales-cycle by establishing standard terms and conditions for all subsidiaries. Synchronica is now the defacto-standard for push email and synchronisation services for the entire group covering more than 100 million subscribers."
