Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Transparency Directive and further to the allotment of placing shares, as announced on 22 January 2009, Synchronica notifies the market that the capital of the Company consists of 381,532,180 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each. All the shares have voting rights and the Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 381,532,180. This number may be used by a shareholder as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
