Potential Acquisition of Assets
Synchronica plc (AIM: SYNC.LN, the mobile synchronisation and device management
company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to have
the right to purchase (the "Call Option") certain intellectual property assets.
The Call Option may be exercised at any time at the discretion of the Board of
the Company within the next ten weeks. The consideration for the Call Option is
£75,000. The Company will update the market in due course.
