                            Update on OEM Agreement


Further to its announcement of 14 March 2007, Synchronica the mobile e-mail and
wireless device management software group, provides an update on the proposed
OEM agreement to supply Synchronica Mobile Gateway to a major international
hardware vendor.

Discussions have reached an advanced stage with agreement on many parts of the
proposed transaction and legal documentation has been drafted. However, the
final terms of the deal are still being negotiated with a view to achieving the
Company's targeted rate of returns in the best interest of shareholders.

The Directors continue to discuss the deal with the licensee on a daily basis
but negotiations are likely to run on beyond April 2007. However, the Board
remains confident that all of the outstanding matters relating to the contract
will get resolved.


A further announcement will be made as soon as possible.
