Director/PDMR Shareholding
 
The Company was informed on 7 May 2008 of the following  transactions
in the ordinary  shares of  20p each in  the capital  of the  Company
('Ordinary Shares'):
 
On 7 May  2008, Peter Rae,  non-executive director, purchased  33,302
Ordinary Shares at  a price of  141 pence per  share. Following  this
transaction Mr  Rae's  total  interest  in  the  Company  is  178,302
Ordinary Shares representing  1.05 per cent.  of the Company's  total
issued share capital.
 
On 7  May 2008,  a company  connected with  David Coghlan,  Chairman,
purchased 40,000 Ordinary Shares at a  price of 141 pence per  share.
Following this transaction Mr Coghlan's total interest in the Company
is 2,110,875  Ordinary Shares  representing 12.48  per cent.  of  the
Company's total issued share capital.
 
Mr Coghlan's  holdings  above  include 120,000  shares  held  in  the
Quadnetics Group Employee Share Scheme.
