Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 16 May 2008 of the following  transaction
in the ordinary  shares of  20p each in  the capital  of the  Company
('Ordinary Shares'):

On 16 May 2008,  Russ Singleton, Chief  Executive, purchased, in  the
name of his wife Mrs J  Singleton, 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a  price
of 143 pence  per share.  Following this  transaction Mr  Singleton's
total interest in the Company is 639,800 Ordinary Shares representing
3.78 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.

Mr Singleton's  holdings above  include 300,000  shares held  in  the
Quadnetics Group Employee Share Scheme.
