Director/PDMR Shareholding

The  Company  was  informed  on  26  March  2008  of  the   following
transactions in the ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of the
Company ('Ordinary Shares'):

On 26  March  2008,  Peter  Rae,  non-executive  director,  purchased
100,000 Ordinary  Shares  at  a  price  of  140.9  pence  per  share.
Following this transaction Mr Rae's total interest in the Company  is
120,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.71 per cent. of the  Company's
total issued share capital.

On 26  March 2008,  Dennis  Bate, non-executive  director,  purchased
50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 140.9 pence per share. Following
this transaction Mr Bate's total  interest in the Company is  100,000
Ordinary Shares representing  0.59 per cent.  of the Company's  total
issued share capital.
