Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has today been  informed of the following transaction  in
the ordinary shares  of  20p  each  in the  capital  of  the  Company
('Ordinary Shares').

On 26 June 2008, Peter  Rae, Non-Executive Director, purchased  5,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 133 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mr Rae's total interest in the Company  is
218,302 Ordinary Shares representing 1.3  per cent. of the  Company's
total issued share capital.
