DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING


The Company was notified today that Steve Coggins, a Director of the Company,
purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at 285p per share on
29 November 2006.


As a result of this transaction, Mr Coggins now has an interest in 11,000
ordinary 20p shares in the Company, representing 0.067% of the issued share
capital.
