Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 25th July 2011 that on the same day, the Trustee of the Company's HMRC Approved Employee Share Acquisition Plan ("ESAP") purchased, on behalf of ESAP participants, 116 ordinary shares of 20p pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of £2.00 per Ordinary Share as part of the reinvestment of the Company's final dividend.

Following the purchases, the following Directors of the Company have the following interests in the Company's issued share capital:
