                               Board appointment

Quadnetics Group plc, a leader in the design, integration and control of
advanced CCTV and networked video systems, announces that David Coghlan,
previously a non-executive Director, has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the
Company.

In view of the recent increase in size of the Group, Mr Coghlan has agreed to
devote approximately half of his working time to Quadnetics, where he will
assist the Chairman, Peter Rae, and the Group Chief Executive, Russ Singleton,
on the integration of the two recent acquisitions, Look CCTV and Coex, and on
longer-term strategic development.

As previously announced, the non-executive Directors Jeremy Taylor and Jean-Marc
Cangardel will be leaving the Board with effect from 31 March.  The Company is
seeking an additional non-executive Director, and expects to make a further
appointment shortly.
