Quadnetics Group plc, a leader in the design, integration and control
of advanced CCTV and networked video systems, announces the
resignation of Robert Westcott as a non-executive director of the
Company with effect from 5th January 2007.
Mr Westcott joined the Quadnetics Board in November 2005 following
the acquisition of Protec plc. Originally with GEC/Maroni he helped
pioneer and develop the technology associated with mobile radar and
battlefield surveillance devices. He formed Security Design
Associates in 1979 and was chairman and sole owner until its
acquisition in 2001 by Protec plc.
David Coghlan, Chairman of Quadnetics, said

contributions to the Quadnetics Board, particularly his advice in
helping us to integrate the Protec businesses following acquisition.
As the founder and visionary behind SDA, Bob has created an enduring

prosper in the next stage of their development within the enlarged
Quadnetics Group."
