Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration, control and management of advanced surveillance technology and networked security systems announces the following additional disclosures under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to Michael Butler, a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Mr Butler was a director of The People's Operator PLC, which was placed in administration on 12 February 2019.
