Directors Dealings

Quadnetics Group plc has been informed by David Coghlan, Chairman  of
the Company,  that a  company with  which he  is connected  purchased
20,000 ordinary shares of 20p in Quadnetics on 29 November 2007 at  a
price of £2.27 per  share. Following the purchase  Mr Coghlan has  an
interest in 1,950,875  shares, representing 11.53%  of the  Company's
issued share capital.
