Quadnetics Group plc ('the Company')
Exercise of Options
On 13 February Mr RC Singleton and Mr NC Poultney, both directors of the
Company, exercised options over 158,108 and 135,135 ordinary shares of 20p each
in the Company as follows:

In addition other senior managers exercised options over a total of 324,324
ordinary shares under the EMI Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of 92.5p.
Application has today been made for these 617,567 new ordinary shares to be
admitted to AIM. Admission is expected to occur on 18 February 2004.
All of these shares have been conditionally placed with institutional clients of
Brewin Dolphin Securities and J M Finn & Co as part of the Placing announced on
26 January 2004.
Following this exercise of options Mr Singleton owns 695,858 ordinary shares,
and Mr Poultney owns 135,135 ordinary shares representing 8.60 and 1.67 per cent
of the shares currently in issue.
