SYNEXUS CLINICAL RESEARCH PLC (the "Company")

GRANT OF OPTIONS

On 14 June 2007, options over 159,178 ordinary shares of 10p each in Synexus
Clinical Research PLC were granted to Paul McCluskey, a director of the Company,
in accordance with the Rules of the EMI Scheme and Unapproved Share Option
Scheme. The options are exercisable in the period 14 June 2007 to 14 June 2017
at a price of 62.5p per share.

As a result of this grant, Paul McCluskey now hold options over a total of
275,468 ordinary shares in the Company representing his total interest in the
share capital of the Company.
