The Company received notification on 03 January 2007 from Hermes
Administration Services Limited that Britel Fund Nominees Ltd (on
behalf of The Trustees of BT Pension Scheme), now has a direct
holding of 1,278,346 shares in the Company (representing 7.829% of
the Company's issued share capital).

In addition, the Company received notification on 03 January 2007
from Hermes Administration Services Limited that Possfund Nominees
Ltd (on behalf of Royal Mail Pensions Trustees Ltd), now has a direct
holding of 868,971 shares in the Company (representing 5.322% of the
Company's issued share capital).
