The Company received notification on 21 February 2006 from Hermes Administration
Services Limited that Britel Fund Nominees Ltd (on behalf of The Trustees of BT
Pension Scheme), now has a direct holding of 927,125 shares in the Company
(representing 5.98% of the Company's issued share capital).

In addition, the Company received notification on 21 February 2006 from Hermes
Administration Services Limited that Possfund Nominees Ltd (on behalf of Royal
Mail Pensions Trustees Ltd), now has a direct holding of 630,192 shares in the
Company. This represents 4.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
