Quadnetics Group plc ("the Company")
Allotment of Shares to Employee Benefit Trust
29 March 2007
Quadnetics Group plc, a leader in the design, integration and control
of advanced CCTV and networked video surveillance systems, announces
that it has allotted 26,500 new Ordinary Shares of 20p to the
Quadnetics Group Employee Share Scheme Limited Partnership ("the
EBT") at a price of 360.0p each. Following this allotment the
Company has 16,404,390 ordinary shares in issue.
The EBT now holds 1,378,500 shares for the benefit of nominated
employees and executive directors on terms, similar to a share option
scheme, whereby the value of appreciation in the Company's share
price over a minimum three-year period accrues to the relevant
employee or director, provided the Company meets certain performance
thresholds linked to the FTSE AIM All Share Total Return Index.
Application will be made for the EBT Shares to be admitted to AIM as
soon as is reasonably practicable.
