Issue of Equity

At a  Board  meeting held  on  29 June  2007  a further  500,152  New
Quadnetics Shares were allotted to a holder of Protec Shares who  had
validly accepted the offer for Protec.

Application will be made to the  London Stock Exchange for these  New
Quadnetics Shares to be admitted  to trading as soon as  practicable,
and Admission is expected on 4 July 2007.

Following this allotment the  Company has 16,904,774 ordinary  shares
in issue.
