Share Allotment

At a Board meeting held on 4 January 2006 a further 620 New Quadnetics Shares
were allotted to holders of Protec Shares who had validly accepted the offer for
Protec, in respect of valid acceptances received up to 1pm on 28 December 2005.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these New Quadnetics
Shares to be admitted to trading as soon as practicable.

Following this allotment the Company has 15,462,450 ordinary shares in issue.
