QUADNETICS GROUP PLC (the "Company")

EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

Quadnetics Group PLC announces that, following the exercise of an
option by an employee of the Company, 50,000 ordinary shares of 20p
each have today been allotted.

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to AIM, and
Admission to trading is expected to occur on 13th February 2007.

Following this issue the Company has 16,377,890 shares in issue.
