Quadnetics Group plc, a leader in the design, integration and control of
advanced CCTV and networked video systems, announces that its preliminary
results for the year ended 31 May 2004 will be released on Monday 27 September
2004.

A presentation to analysts will take place at 9am on Monday 27 September 2004 at
