Quadnetics Group plc, a leader in the design, integration and control
of advanced CCTV and networked video systems, announces that its
Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 May 2006 will be released
on Tuesday 19 September 2006.

A presentation to analysts will take place at 9:30 am on Tuesday 19
