                        NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS





Quadnetics (Aim:QDG), a leader in the development, design, integration and
control of advanced CCTV and networked video systems, will announce its interim
results for the six months ended 30 November 2006 on Wednesday 7 February 2007.
