NOTIFICATION OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS

Quadnetics Group plc (AIM: QDG), a leader in the design, integration and control of advanced CCTV and networked video systems, will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 30 November 2011 on Thursday 1 March 2012.
