Share Allotment

At a  Board  meeting  held  on  22 June  2006  a  further  1,233  New
Quadnetics Shares were allotted to holders of Protec Shares.

Application will be made to the  London Stock Exchange for these  New
Quadnetics
Shares to be admitted to trading as soon as practicable.

Following this allotment the  Company has 15,812,838 ordinary  shares
in issue.
