Trading Update - Pre-close Statement

Quadnetics Group plc is pleased to provide an update on trading
following the end of its financial year on 31 May 2008.

As anticipated in our detailed statement on 2 May 2008, trading in
the final quarter of the financial year was strong, and the Company's
view is that results for the full year will be in line with current
market expectations.

The Company expects to release its preliminary results on or around 3
September 2008.
