The Company has been informed today that Keith Butler-Wheelhouse, Non-Executive Director, on 15 March 2018 purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 121.6p per share and on 16 March 2018 purchased 28,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 122p per share, resulting in an aggregate purchase of 41,000 Ordinary Shares. Following these transactions, Mr Butler-Wheelhouse now has an interest in 289,798 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.74 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
