Director resignation

Plastics Capital plc (AIM: PLA), the acquisitive niche plastics products group, announces that Jeremy Clarke will be resigning as an Executive Director of the Company on 1 October 2009, following completion of the organisational restructuring at Plastics Capital that commenced at the end of last year,  and successful  relocation of Bell Plastics to larger premises that has just completed. No replacement for Mr Clarke is being made to the Company Board. 

The Board thanks Mr Clarke for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future career.
