Senior Management Change

Plastics Capital plc (AIM: PLA), the niche plastics products group, announces that Dr. Neil Partlett will be resigning from his post as CEO of BNL (UK) Ltd, one of its four subsidiary businesses, based in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, on 31st October 2011.

It is expected that, for an interim period, Dr. Partlett will hand over his duties to the existing management team, who will report direct to Plastics Capital, and that an announcement on a permanent replacement will be made in due course, as soon as this is determined.

Faisal Rahmatallah, Executive Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Plastics Capital plc Board I would like to thank Dr. Partlett for his contribution to BNL's success over the last five to six years and we wish him well in his future career."
