On 10 March 2021 Stephen Bennett, Chief Financial Officer, Synthomer plc (the "Company"), exercised nil cost long term incetive plan awards over 36,660 ordinary shares granted across 2017 and 2018 under the Company's 2011 Performance Share Plan.
