of the Companies Act 1985, that

• as at close of business on 2 February 2006 UBS AG had an interest in
  14,531,536 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company representing 10.04% of 
  the then issued share capital of the Company.

• as at close of business on 16 February 2006 UBS AG ceased to have a
  notifiable interest in the shares in the Company.
