System C appoints Charles Stanley Securities and Close Brothers Corporate Finance

System C Healthcare plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of two new corporate advisors to support the company's continued growth in the healthcare market. 

Charles Stanley Securities has been appointed as the Company's Nominated Advisor and Broker, with immediate effect. 

Close Brothers Corporate Finance has been engaged by the Company to provide corporate finance advice. 

Commenting on the appointments, Dr Ian Denley, Chief Executive of System C, said:
