System C appoints Finance Director
System C Healthcare plc ("System C"), a leading specialist in healthcare IT
solutions and services, today announces the appointment of Andrew Coll as
Finance Director with immediate effect.
Prior to joining System C, Andrew was Chief Operating Officer of the Education
Division at Enterprise plc, a provider of outsourced management services to
local education authorities and schools, where he was responsible for all
financial, commercial and legal matters for the Education division. Andrew has
also held senior finance and commercial roles with Jarvis plc, Cable and
Wireless and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Aged 35, Andrew qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers
in 1996, having previously gained his BSc in Management Sciences, from Warwick
University in 1991.

immensely valuable as we continue to position System C to take advantage of
opportunities within the National Programme for IT. I'd also like to thank
Jeremy Deering for the contribution he has made as interim Finance Director;

Andrew Coll was formerly a Director of Enterprise MPC Ltd, and Careers
Enterprise Ltd. He has resigned from these positions. In accordance with
