System C has today announced that Christopher McLaren has retired as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2010.

The Board would like to thank Christopher for his contribution as director of the Company for the last 22 years, the first 16 of which he served as Chairman.

Jim Horsburgh, Chairman of System C, said: "Christopher has been an excellent non-executive director for the Company.  We are extremely grateful for his long and loyal contribution and wish him well in his retirement."
